Being a facilitator is constantly facing the unpredictable, trying new methods and improving our group weaving skills. By joining a co-development group, you will find peers willing to walk together the way of professional development. We will analyze our practices, share our experience, support each other and learn together.

Being a neurodivergent person at work is very challenging on many aspects that can lead to exhaustion and impair physical and mental wellbeing. How well intentioned colleagues are, they often lack a clear understanding of those challenges and are unable to contribute to a more suitable work environment.
By forming a co-development group of both neurodivergent and neurotypical people I believe we can learn together how to better interact at work for personal and mutual benefit.

About me
Certified co-development facilitator
I have been experimenting many formats related to co-development for years, realizing step by step how powerful the methodology could be. And also that I had to learn some specific skills to facilitate those types of sessions to their full potential. Yet I had never heard the name, and so my research was empiric until I finally got to hear the name “co-development” and joined a training course. It’s been an eye opening experience, where all my own thoughts and experiments made sense and were wrapped up by those who had come before me. I’m now a certified and experienced co-development facilitator. Co-development is about respect, individual and collective intelligence. It’s about constantly learning from each other, and about allowing ourselves to take the time to do it right. All aspects that strongly resonate with many values that are important to me.

Professionnal collaborative projects facilitator
I’m a professional facilitator in collaborative projects, which makes it right for me to open a co-development space for and with people who share the same interest in weaving groups and communities toward a common goal.
Potentially with ADHD
I’m also, likely, neurodivergent to some extent. At least that’s what all my friends are saying, some actually are on the autism spectrum and/or have ADHD themselves. I have been facing misunderstandings (from my side as well as from the others) which have sometimes altered working experiences that, aside from that, could have been great. I believe that co-development is a great tool to bridge the gap that exist between people with different neurological abilities. And I would love to welcome you on board this journey that I’m about to start.
